Who is responsible for delivery and setup?

Don't worry about any of the heavy lifting! Our professional delivery team handles the entire process—delivery, setup, and breakdown. This service is included in most of our packages.

Question 3

How long does the setup process take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the experience you choose!
 • Basic Rentals: 40-90 minutes.
 • Intricate/Custom Experiences: Up to 120 minutes. Most importantly, we work efficiently behind the scenes so we never interrupt your event. We’ll be ready to go right on time!

How early do you arrive to set up?

Our delivery team typically arrives 1–2 hours early to ensure everything is perfect. If your venue requires the booth to be fully set up much earlier than the start time (to avoid distractions during a ceremony or dinner), just let us know! We can easily add "idle time" to your booking to accommodate your schedule.

Are there limits on how many videos we can take?

Not at all! We want your guests to have a blast, so we offer unlimited video sessions during your rental period.

Question 6

How do guests receive their videos?

Accepted Answer

Guests can instantly send their photos via text message or email, depending on the package you choose. For instant sharing to work properly, we highly recommend having high-quality Wi-Fi at the event location.

Question 7

Can we customize the videos overlay (frame) or add a logo?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We can customize the video overlay with your event name, wedding colors, or company logo. Once you've confirmed your booking with the non-refundable retainer, we'll work with you to ensure the design is perfect. Creating the design typically takes 2-3 days.

What are the power requirements for the 360 booth?

Accepted Answer

For our 360 photo booth, a power outlet is not required for events lasting 3 hours or less. However, we always prefer to be near a power source when possible. If power is available, we request access to a standard three-prong electrical outlet located within 5–15 feet of the setup area. We provide all necessary extension cords and cable covers (tape) to ensure a safe and tidy setup.

Can the booth be set up outdoors?

Yes, but with a few requirements to protect the equipment and ensure the quality of the photos:
 • The photo booth must be placed on a flat, dry surface.
 • It must be protected from direct sunlight, wind, and rain (a professional tent or cover is required). Please let us know if you need one so we can include it in your invoice.
 • Access to a reliable power source is needed. We have portable power available for a small additional fee.

Can I book it for my wedding or corporate event?

Yes, you can, but we have different packages for those types of events, better suited to your needs.

Will there be an attendant at my event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All of our 360 photo booth packages include a dedicated attendant to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly. If you’re expecting 500 or more guests, we highly recommend adding an additional attendant to help manage the flow and provide the best experience for everyone.

How far in advance should we book?

To ensure your date is available, we recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak event seasons (like weddings and holidays). Popular dates can fill up months ahead of time!
Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a reservation or "hold" a date until we have received your non-refundable retainer. Once that is settled, your date is officially locked in on our calendar!
